Join me for a rejuvenating meditation, and yoga class to open your weekend release stress, tension and ease you into your week with calm and clarity. We'll start with mindful breathing, flow into yoga asana, and finish with restorative poses to quiet your mind and open your heart for reflection and intention-setting.
you don't need to be flexible, experienced or anything you think you are not, come as you are. Everyone is welcome.
Stay for an extended shavasana to embrace stillness and silence! A sea dip and coffee afterward are optional.
