The aim of this event is to provide Mums with a soothing and rejuvenating self-care experience through the combination of creating art with tea and enjoying a cup of your favourite beverage. Mums will have the opportunity to express their creativity, engage in mindfulness, and promote relaxation in a supportive and tranquil environment.
We'll provide various materials for you to create your artwork and you'll be taken through the creative process, step-by-step. We'll also have a discussion about the benefits of self-care and how tea can be a part of it.
All tea and coffee is provided. BYO snacks.
