Christmas can be a really difficult time of year for many trans & gender diverse people who have families that are not accepting of gender identity and refuse to use the correct name and pronouns. Many of us dread Christmas and might feel anxious, depressed and alone in the lead up to December 25th.

Since so many of us are going through this, let’s reclaim Christmas and put up a trans Christmas tree at Trans Space!

Drag Santa Belial B'zarr will be sharing their queer crafty skills to make our own Christmas decorations to keep and to fabulously dress the naked tree at Trans Space AND singing babydoll of drag Izzy Inyette will be leading some trans-tastic Christmas carols! We will have an optional mailing list to swap details and make Christmas plans with others so that we can support each other around Christmas, and feel as good as Rudolph the red nosed reindeer when Santa lets him guide the sleigh! We’d love you to join us to deck the halls in blue white and pink and take back Christmas from the transphobic grinches!
