    Event description

TRANS GIG NIGHT is a night for trans and gender diverse folk to come and put music on a stage! Set in the icon that is DT's hotel, TRANS GIG NIGHT is a night where being queer is celebrated, trans performers are given a platform and anyone can come along and enjoy some juicy, booty wiggling heart quenching tunes.

This December come on down for the star studded line up that is:

    IZZY INYETTE

"The Singing Babydoll of Drag is here to croon and make you swoon with oodles of heart and stupidity. A trans femme performer, she is tired of being told that women should not be camp: she is here to be bigger, bolder and brighter than she was ever told could be possible.

What will she do next? She probably doesn't even know!

But you are guaranteed to leave an Izzy Inyette show happier than you were before.

Combining pop culture, singing and lip-syncing she will leave you screaming: IZZY INYETTE?"

    AUTUMN AUTOMATIC

Autumn Automatic is a Naarm based multi instrumentalist who can soothe your soul or get your heart thumping. She is chic, she is glamorous and she will be bringing an oh so sensual guitar set that will have your troubles melt away.

With a repertoire of original compositions spanning across genres, she is sure to get those hips swayin' to the beat of the night.

    and

    RUAIRÍ

Ruairí is a trans dude that makes sick beats, tells a good story and sings from the soullll. He uses a loop pedal, keys, a "non testosteroned choir boy voice" and a ukulele. He made quite a few of his tunes over in Aotearoa under (dead name) and a drag king persona stage name and since coming back to Naarm has embraced his self identity and is pumped to show the world who he is/ what he got!

    ACESSABILITY

The venue is wheel chair accessible, please call (03) 9428 5724 ahead of time. No accessible bathroom, the closest accessible toilet is on the corner of Lennox St and Bridge Road. There will be an accessible seated viewing area close to the stage and a quieter space in the beer garden. If you need a PA ticket please email transgignight@gmail.com along with any other queries.
