TRANS GIG NIGHT is a night for trans and gender diverse folk to come and put music on a stage! Set in the icon that is DT's hotel, TRANS GIG NIGHT is a night where being queer is celebrated, trans performers are given a platform and anyone can come along and enjoy some juicy, booty wiggling heart quenching tunes.
This April come on down for the star studded line up that is:
STREWTH
Strewth is Naarm's one & only singing bogan diva, princess of parody, little miss muppet-wrangler & winner of Wiradjuri Drag Pageant 2023. A storyteller with heart & a drag queen with big feet, she blends comedy & misery together to bring you awe, inspire & disgust. After a show there's only one word you can say - STREWTH!
MAX AURORA
Max Aurora is an intersex / non-binary songwriter based in Naarm / Melbourne. From other characters perspectives to sifting through their day to day life, Max creates heart-gripping songs that explore emotions with care and curiosity. They recently released an ambient piano ballad about rain called 'Overcast Sentiment'.

SAINT ERGO
Saint Ergo is a post genre music arts project that at its core, is a deep desire to connect with people and explore the deeper places we all share. Accomplished multi-instrumentalist and producer Joanna Jones weaves together threads of folk, jazz, classical, rock pop and electronic music supported by her truely exceptional voice and a strong lyrical narrative.
Joanna is an award winning, songwriter and performer, having appeared on national television, performed as a showcasing artist at BigSound and receiving a nomination for a VMA Amplify Award.
In 2022 Saint Ergo released a debut EP and she is looking forward to releasing a new album in 2023.
ACESSABILITY
The venue is wheel chair accessible, please call (03) 9428 5724 ahead of time. No accessible bathroom, the closest accessible toilet is on the corner of Lennox St and Bridge Road. There will be an accessible seated viewing area close to the stage and a quieter space in the beer garden. If you need a PA ticket please email transgignight@gmail.com along with any other queries.
