Panelists

Ginger Susman

Ginger Susman is a serial entrepreneur and former corporate M&A attorney who has worked on numerous financing and M&A transactions over the course of her 28-year career. She's held a variety of roles from Founder, Chair, and CEO, to CRO/CMO and General Counsel. Most recently, Ginger built a company over an 11-year period to $98mm revenue, $41mm EBITA, and a 3-year 32% revenue CAGR, resulting in a 9-figure exit in the summer of 2022 to a multi-billion dollar private equity fund. For that company she led deal teams through one acquisition, a merger, a stock buy-back, several bank financing transactions, and the private equity liquidity event. She is currently providing consulting services on the legal tech sector while focusing on opportunistic investments in various sectors. She is also keen on obtaining a few select Board positions with start-up and emerging growth companies, and mentoring other entrepreneurs. In her spare time, Susman is an avid alpine skier (former Vail ski instructor), world traveler, and chef/entertainer while being a wife and mother of two teenagers.

Helen Rogers

Helen Rogers is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Helen practiced as a trust and tax planning attorney for over a decade, and she works closely with highly affluent individuals and families to help guide them on estate and tax planning. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Helen was a Partner at Holland & Hart LLP, where she specialized in developing complex asset management structures involving trusts, family partnerships and charitable entities, including private foundations. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, and has served as a Vice Chair of the Estate and Gift Taxes Committee of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation. Helen is originally from New York City and earned an A.B. in History from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Helen and her husband are happy to be raising their two young daughters in his hometown of Denver, where they enjoy spending time outside camping, hiking, biking and skiing.

Paige Coriden

Paige Coriden is a Partner at Holland & Hart LLP. Paige works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups focused on growth. Her deal experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other combinations, and equity and debt financing. She provides valuable end-to-end strategic transactional support for companies in a range of industries including software and technology, business and financial services, food, beverage, and consumer products, healthcare, air medical and cybersecurity.
