Before we end the year or start a new one it’s important to reflect and release what was, and extract the lessons you’ve learnt from this year so you can step into the new fresh and ready to go.

DANNI VEE - MIND AND BODY CONFIDENCE MENTORB- Danni will be taking us through a gentle movement practice of self love and body confidence to start the day off and to get out of our heads and back into our bodies.

CHRISTINE CORCORAN - TRANSFORMATIONAL BUSINESS MINDSET COACH

Will be your host for the day and will be facilitating your transcendence with workshop questions and a releasing process to allow you to release 2022 and all the things that are no longer serving you

KIRSTEN MORRISON - HUMAN DESIGN UNICORN AND BREATHWORK FACILITATOR

Will be guiding you through a powerful Breathwork Session to continue to release and let go of past energies, emotions and stuckness from 2022 which will allow you to recharge your energy source and feel incredible energised for the year ahead

Lunch will be provided with delicious salads and nutritious vegetarian food to ground and nourish your soul before we lift the energy back up.

Who will realign your chakras and leave your energetic field feeling fresh and reenergised so you're prepared to take yourself and your business to the next level in 2023. We'll close out the day with an uplifting visioning process with Christine so you feel tapped in and on fire with your business mission in 2023.
