LOVE IS THE REVOLUTION & TRANSCENDENCE IS BACK
Transcendence is a guided dance experience for collective liberation and transcending darkness and heaviness. A movement workshop for all bodies/people who crave deeper connection, with each other, your heart and something bigger than you. For those who feel affected by the world and who care about being part of change.
As a sensitive soul herself, Grace will be guiding each participant in a safe and loving way to explore mindful embodiment, let go of some sh!t, and enjoy the collective pounding of hearts and feet to the same beat.
Grace is a professional dancer and well-known and loved yoga teacher, formerly based in Sydney's inner west (now Magandjin/Brisbane). While Grace is visiting Gadigal this November, they couldn't resist running a TRANSCENDENCE.
No prior dance experience necessary

Facilitator
Grace White is a dance artist and yoga teacher living and working on unceded Turrbal, Jagera, Gadigal and Wangal land. Her dance practice spans across contemporary dance, somatic-based movement, dance movement therapy, choreography and improvisation. Now at West End Yoga, Grace worked as a yoga teacher at some of Sydney's best studios and strives to offer and express creatively with heart and compassion.
