Step into a sanctuary of sound where the rhythm of the earth meets the melody of the soul.

Transcendence is a ceremony of movement, music, and connection — where we reconnect with our bodies, our voices, and the healing power of community.

Join us for a celebration of freedom, self-expression, and unity through dance and sound, guiding us back into rhythm with ourselves and each other.

We will begin our journey with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony (featuring @nubicacao) and Voice Activation Journey led by Ali Skiba. Together, we’ll set soulful intentions for the cycles ahead, giving ourselves permission to release what no longer serves and let our voices be heard.

And then we have lift off! 🚀

Panjaia is a DJ, multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and music medicine man, weaving downtempo electronica and global grooves into powerful sonic journeys that move both body and spirit. His music blends hypnotic rhythms, borderless instrumentation, and ethereal textures with ancestral echoes—offering a deeply immersive, transcendent experience.

🎶 Sound Journey featuring Panjaia and Ali Skiba

This is a sacred, alcohol-free space, where the language of movement and sound speaks for us all. A closing sharing circle will allow us to honour one another's voices and the collective journey we've taken.

Feel free to bring a drum or consult Ali about other instruments to join in weaving this dream of collaborative creativity.

Please honour the space by arriving on time. You may also bring a yoga mat for the closing sound bath.

Meet Sylvia, a Myofascial Release and Yin Yoga teacher who helps people release deep-seated tension—especially in the neck, back, and hips—unwind and reconnect with their bodies through the healing practice of Myo Yin.
Sylvia guides students through self-massage using tennis balls for myofascial release and grounding yin poses focusing on acupressure points using yoga blocks. Breathwork is woven throughout to enhance the release and deeply calm the nervous system.
