//TRANSCRIPT// is a process-devised video sound art opera of a collaborative nature where the artists teeter between recorded, improvised, composed music and performance. The work is strong and a deeply immersive listening and viewing experience. 

Fire brings the dark to light. Fire gives warmth, a place to gather, nourishment, the ability to craft and manifest dreams for our realised and shared human experience. Fire ignites an ancient history of the burning of wisdom. Burning the heretic. Burning the woman. The piety of self-immolation as an act to attain sovereignty. From the pyre’s ashes we watch the miraculous phoenix rise. A primordial universal experience, mobilising the element of fire is our essential human right to authorise creation, rebellion, destruction, purification and liberation. Are you ready to strike the match?
