This retreat will combine a unique blend of healing modalities drawing from modern day science and ancient sacred knowledge to support you to re connect with your authentic self, release stress/trauma/old beliefs, regulate your nervous system and awaken you to your full potential.

You will nurture your physical body with Pilates, Yoga, Somatic movement and nurture your mind and energetic body by journeying within using Ox Gen Breathwork, guided meditation and shamanic drumming.

2 nights and 3 days accommodation at Waterloo Station in the Homestead with its grand proportions and historic surroundings or the beautifully appointed Shearers Lodge.

Accommodation: Waterloo Station is a 4000 acre working station with abundant wildlife and flowing streams. Waterloo offers superior country accommodation, with a mixture of rooms; private, twin, ensuite or shared bathroom - we will endeavour to accommodate our guests needs as best as possible. Whether experiencing a cool crisp winter morning or a temperate summer's day, Waterloo is sure to provide a memorable experience.

Food: The Retreat will be fully catered with a continental style breakfast each morning, a delicious light lunch and a hearty dinner. There will be fresh fruit and snacks etc available between meals. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know at time of booking so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

With its roots in many ancient cultures, breathwork has been used for thousands of years for healing, self discovery and to foster a spiritual connection. Today there are many styles of breathwork available, each with their own healing benefits. We will be using a variety of styles of breathing taught by the ‘Ox Gen Breath Movement’ which will combine the healing benefits of breath, sound frequency and colour.

Meet your hosts

Sam is an Ox-Gen Breath Facilitator & has also completed her fundamentals of Reiki healing. Sam is currently studying Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology (NLK) & Daoyin (Yin Yoga), Chinese Medicine, Daoist Philosophy, Meditation & Qigong. Toni has practiced in the natural medicine industry for over 17 years. She is trained as a Musculoskeletal Therapist, Reiki practitioner, Pilates instructor and Breathwork Facilitator with the Ox Gen Breath Movement. She owns and operates Pure Symmetry a Pilates and Wellness Studio in Moree, NSW.
