Our community is coming together to breathe with open hearts and the intention to connect, heal, upgrade and shed what is no longer serving us. We will begin the ceremony with cacao to open our hearts and invite healing into the journey.

Transformational breathwork is a self healing modality which allows us to connect with ourselves and activate the bodies natural capacity to heal. It releases blocked energy, stress and tension in the body.

It combines deeper than normal breathing and evocative music to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This breath de-activates the thinking pre frontal cortex of the brain allowing the natural inner healing process to function freely. You will be closely guided through the breath allowing you to feel supported and held throughout your journey..

Please Bring your own yoga mat and Blanket and ensure you are well hydrated.
