Using the Transformational Breathing Method (TBM), you’ll be guided through a powerful breath work journey designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension and trauma, and access states of clarity, calm, and expanded awareness.
The session blends science-backed techniques with a safe and supportive environment, allowing your body to discharge stress and your mind to quieten. Many participants describe the experience as deeply healing—opening space for emotional release, breakthroughs in self-awareness, and a profound sense of connection to self and life.

Timothy Pratt
Timothy spent 15 years in Corrective Services as a Tactical Response Dog Handler in high-pressure and volatile environments, an experience that led to cumulative PTSD and a search for healing. Through breath work, he found a way to regulate his nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose. What began as personal recovery is now his mission—supporting others to transform stress and disconnection into calm, clarity, and self-awareness. As a certified breath work coach and consciousness mentor, Timothy guides individuals and groups with science-backed techniques and conscious presence, creating safe and transformative spaces for growth.

Chloe & Nate are inspiring facilitators creating transformative experiences that empower people to reconnect with themselves and others. Through their unique blend of breath work, mindfulness, mindset coaching, and conscious leadership, they design wellness-centered workshops, retreats, and corporate programs that inspire growth, resilience, and authentic connection.
Together, Chloe and Nate have facilitated more than 150 workshops and guided multiple retreats, supporting individuals and groups both online and in person.
