Transformational breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to support emotional exploration, self-awareness and personal growth.

I will be joined by my beautiful friend and spiritual healer Crystal to help you guys to move through trauma and to help with release..

A very beautiful and powerful experience. Only 6 spaces available.. book now to secure your spot😊💚

This style of breathing can be physically and emotionally intense. It may cause changes in breathing chemistry, dizziness, tingling, muscle tightness and the release of strong emotions.

Your health, comfort and safety are our priority.
