"Last night was profound, one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time. I came into the class not knowing what to expect. I was feeling stressed and close to burnout.
What you created was such a beautiful, safe space. I honestly couldn't have felt more held or hoped for a better experience. I only wish I'd done it sooner. Incredible" ✨💛

Transformational Breathwork works to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing and self-awareness. While most people find the experience calming and restorative, it can also bring about physical, emotional and psychological responses as the body begins to release stress and tension.
During the session, you may notice sensations such as tingling, changes in body temperature, muscle cramping, emotional release or shifts in your breathing pattern. These responses are common and are supported within a safe, trauma-informed environment.
There is no expectation for you to push through discomfort or have a particular experience.
Your safety and autonomy are our priority throughout the session. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, adjust and slow down your breathing as needed and participate at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
