Transformational Breathwork and Guided Meditation
Event description
Come join us for this powerful immersive and transformative experience that combines the power of breathwork, guided by Julie-Anne Harvey, and followed by a peaceful meditation guided by Whaea Phyllis Marie from the Silver Koru Massage and Holistic Healing.
This collaborative mindfulness practices is designed to help you surrender and let go of the past, release old painful patterns or limiting beliefs, and clear out any mental/emotional blocks that may still be holding you back. This practice allows you to open up and breathe within your heart to reset and cultivate new energy and bring forth true inner peace and joy in the present moment.
This is a two-hour workshop held at the Rainbow Beach Community Centre Hall starting from 3pm to 5pm.
This is a beautiful safe space where we will begin our journey together by building self-awareness, setting our intentions and awakening all our senses with the connection of our breath, sound and gentle movement. We will then move our breath journey to the ground for a laydown transformational breathing technique that activates a higher vibration through the body to support you to clear out negativity, and shift the energy flow within you to feel more balanced, grounded and aligned in your whole well-being.
This is a powerful RESET for the nervous system and a good strengthen booster for the immune system! This breathing practice allows the brain and the heart to breathe into coherence, and opens you to a deeper access to your intuition and connection to your inner wisdom and powers.
As you begin to welcome in this profound sense of relaxation and inner peace, our journey will then finish with the support and integration by Whaea Phyllis Marie with a beautiful guided visualisation and peaceful meditation.
If you are interested in participating in this transformative experience, please come a few minutes prior to our start time at 3pm to settle in on your mat and arrive comfortable in the space. All you will require to bring for this practice is comfortable clothes to move around in, a yoga mat and a blanket if you wish to stay warm. Most importantly, we encourage you to bring your own water bottle!
Looking forward to meeting you all and holding you in this scared space.
See you all soon!
