Please note that the style of breath we use is rapid, circular, rythmic breathing in and out through the mouth. This method induces changes to your physiology, which allows you to journey through different brain wave states and tap into altered states of consciousness where you are able to process & release past emotions, memories, experiences and traumas that have been trapped in your system.
This is an incredibly therapeutic modality for healing, self exploration and personal empowerment.

This is not pranyama.

We will begin the session with some conscious connection in circle, followed by the breathwork journey & ending with a gentle sound bath to allow you to integrate everything that may have come up for you during the journey.

You will receive coaching and guidance throughout the entire journey to support you to push through blockages and limitations to reach your next level of personal power and self-belief.⁣

What to bring:

Yoga mats & bolsters are available at the studio.

Please bring a blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal and pen and anything else that will help you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience. Eg. eye mask, crystals, essential oils.

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
