Please note that the style of breath we use is conscious connected which is circular, rhythmic breathing. This method induces changes to your physiology, which allows you to journey through different brain wave states and tap into expanded states of consciousness while in the theta brainwave. When you are here your subconscious allows psychological and physical healing to be facilitated easily through processing & releasing emotional blockages & past traumas that have been trapped in your system, having transcendental experiences and changing unhealthy or negative thoughts and belief systems.
This is an incredibly therapeutic modality for healing, self-exploration and personal empowerment.

This is not pranyama.

We will begin the session with some conscious connection in circle, followed by the breathwork journey & ending with a gentle sound bath to allow you to integrate everything that may have come up for you during the journey.

You will receive coaching and guidance throughout the entire journey to support you in pushing through blockages and limitations to reach your next level of personal power and self-belief.⁣

You will be sitting & laying on the floor for the duration of the workshop.

What to bring:

Yoga mats & bolsters are available at the studio.

Please bring a blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal and pen and anything else that will help you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience. Eg. eye mask, crystals, essential oils.

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
