- Have attended at least TWO previous Level 1 Breathe event's (any Breathe event before Oct 2024)
- OR have had a 1:1 Session with Sarhan
- OR Purchased and completed our Fundamental's of Breath

--- What's Different ---

Breathe has been ran consistently over the past 3-4 years with incredible results from all attendees, our main focus has been on educating the community around what breathwork is, how the nervous system works, simple tools to create safety within the body and how to self regulate.

We love the depth of healing and transformation that conscious connected breath can offer, and because many of our breathe participants come back to deepen their experience we're choosing to create two streams.

One, that allows people to go over the fundamentals as many times that they feel will be nurturing for them to understand breathwork and its potency for transformation. And the Second stream, to dive deeper into more of the work in a live group setting.

What does this mean?

Breathe - is a transformational breathwork journey where you come home to yourself.
It is a subtle, gentle yet powerful breathwork technique which fire's signals into your brain allowing the bodies innate intelligence to come through. We let go of trauma in a "less is more" approach, utilising somatic tools, shamanic practices and rituals to heal.

Why are there pre-requisites for Level 2 Breathe?

When YOU feel safe, your body feels safe to truely let go.
When your sub-conscious & un-conscious feels at ease, there are part's of you that will bubble up to the surface which have been suppressed and may then release through your body with the guidance of your breath and own internal dialogue. There are certain tools and practices we go over in Level 1 - Fundamental's of Breath and a 1:1 Session which empower you with everything you need to take back the reigns of your life.

Everyone is at a different stage within their own journey - if you're needing more support and guidance, book in for the Fundamentals of Breath Online or a 1:1 session with Sarhan.

October Monthly THEME: Expanding Our Capacity To Receive

I want to attend Level 2 but don't meet the pre-requisites?
- Purchase a Breathe - Level 2 Ticket and a Fundamentals of Breath Ticket to the next workshop, or a 1:1 Session with Sarhan in the booking link
*these sessions go for 90mins - 2hrs and are discounted ONLY for upcoming Breathe participants, they're usually $220.*
- Ensure there is at least a week between booking and the next event date to ensure you can book in your 1:1 with Sarhan
- Reach out to Sarhan and book in a time, otherwise she will be in contact with you within 24hr's of purchasing your session

Facilitator Details:
Sarhan is a Breathwork + Meditation Facilitator, Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Bodyworker and Healer. She has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 12 years and has studied various tools and modalities in alternative and holistic practices. Throughout her own self love journey; having experienced Chronic Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Binge Eating and Sexual Trauma it was meditation, breathwork and chiropractic care that was the catalyst for her in her healing. She is extremely passionate about sharing the message of Self Love by weaving together the different modalities she has studied and practiced over the last 12 years to create empowering experiences for all of her clients. By combining movement, breathwork and healing her unique style of facilitation and mentoring allows anyone who works with her to experience a safe and supported environment to start to cultivate a deeper connection of trust within their own bodies, create an environment for healing to take place and return to love. To ultimately live and lead in alignment with their highest form of expression, open their hearts to love and achieve desired states of self love, optimal health and vitality.

Her partner, Alex who is a Dr of Chiropractic, Quantum Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and Dr Martini Meditation Teacher.
Alex offer's his heartfelt presence providing support throughout the journey and event, sharing his wisdom and medicine with the community,

Health Conditions for the Guided Breathwork Journey:
Contra-Indications of Breathwork Please read the next section thoroughly.
Breathwork is an incredibly powerful modality that creates both physiological and energetic shifts, RAPIDLY.
Therefore, for safety purposes, I do not allow persons with the following conditions to participate without customising their experience.
If you have any of the following contraindications, please let Sarhan know.

Physical Contraindications
●Cardiovascular issues
●Glaucoma
●High blood pressure
●Epilepsy
●Detached Retina
●History of strokes or seizures
●Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm. (Burst blood vessels in the brain).
●Blood thinning medication
●Pregnancy or possible pregnancy
●Asthma Mental Contraindications
●Substance dependence & addiction (Deep breathwork journeys are not always appropriate for those who are still addicted to a substance, as it tends to raise suppressed or repressed material for processing. However, if you’re currently in recovery, this can be extremely healing, and help you discover the deeper patterns that gave rise to this addiction.

●Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis
●Hospitalisation for emotional crises in the last 10 years (Participant must get therapist’s approval to participate before you register).
●Psychological conditions and diagnoses, which preclude safe emotional release.If you’re unsure about health conditions, please consult and gain permission from your doctor before progressing with participating in the Breathwork Journey.

Please know that the facilitators can adjust the breathwork for you to still attend and experience a powerful breathwork journey tailored to your individual needs.
