Event description

Transformational Breathwork Journey: A Guided Experience for Self-Discovery & Inner Freedom with a Qualified Facilitator

Come join us for an incredible event at Grounded Mat Sports Centre, where we will experience a Transformational Breathwork Journey and dive deep into self-discovery & inner freedom. Through the power of breath, we will use scientifically proven long-form conscious connected breathing techniques to change blood chemistry and biohack the body, facilitating deep states of inspiration, euphoria, emotional release of trauma or chronic stress, and even psychedelic vision-like states or eureka moments. This in-person experience is both transformational and enlightening. Many participants experience profound moments of realization and unlock life-altering insights from a single session. If you're in the Cairns area, this is a great opportunity to connect with your inner self and elevate your consciousness.

NOTE: Please be on time for the event. If you are late, you may be denied entry.

About the Facilitator:

You will be guided by Olivia Chevallier, a Life Transformation coach and fully Qualified Breathwork Facilitator trained by Jamie Janko, the founder of ReWild Breathwork and one of the world's leading trauma-informed, scientifically based breathwork facilitators. Olivia is also qualified in practicing trauma-informed care, ensuring the prevention of re-traumatization and the support of trauma-related releases are at the heart of her process. History of Long-Form Conscious Connected Breathwork:

Long-form conscious connected breathwork has roots in ancient cultures around the world. For thousands of years, societies have used breathwork practices for healing, spiritual connection, and achieving altered states of consciousness. Examples include the Pranayama techniques in ancient India, Taoist breathwork practices in China, and indigenous tribes in South America using breathwork in their spiritual rituals.

Today, modern science is validating the effectiveness of these practices on both physiological and psychological levels. Studies show that this style of breathwork detoxifies the body, boosts the immune system, improves CO2 tolerance, increases stress tolerance, and enhances the ability to manage stressful situations. It also helps heal toxic stress and emotional trauma stored in the body, regulates the nervous system, and promotes overall well-being.

Benefits of Breathwork:

  • Detoxifies the body
  • Boosts the immune system
  • Improves CO2 tolerance (breath hold capabilities)
  • Increases stress tolerance and resilience
  • Heals emotional trauma and chronic stress
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Emotional release and healing
  • Facilitates altered states of consciousness
  • Enhances creativity and inspiration
  • Stress reduction & relief

Whether you are new to breathwork or an experienced veteran, this session is for you. If you are curious to embark on a journey of self-discovery and exploration, come along and join us. The session will be small and intimate to ensure everyone receives the support and attention they deserve. Olivia will guide you throughout the entire experience, combining cutting-edge modern science with ancient eastern wisdom to create a unique and supportive guided session.

Health and Well-being Acknowledgment:

This includes cardiovascular conditions such as high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, heart attack or stroke, heart disease, uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes, epilepsy or history of seizures, severe asthma, glaucoma or detached retina, osteoporosis, recent surgery, diagnosed severe PTSD, severe mental health conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Time To Prepare For The Journey:

For the session, you may want to bring a bottle of water, light blanket, pillow and eye mask (or something to cover your eyes).
You may also wish to bring a notebook and pen to jot down anything that comes up for you after the session.
You’ll want to wear comfortable clothes and socks (some people get cold during Breathwork). It helps when all food is digested at least one hour before the journey.

I love to create a beautiful ambient vibe in the space, so get ready to land here with me. I'm excited to breath with you and guide you through this profound, transformational journey.

See you very soon!

Warmest Wishes,

Olivia Chevallier | Life Transformation Coach & Breathwork Facilitator
