This breathwork event is a powerful, intentional group healing designed to support you in returning to yourself, your original essence, before all the things you experienced that has caused suffering. We release emotional material, reset nervous system patterns, and energetic attachments that no longer serve you to remember who you are. To connect back within. To feel, to see, to know who the version of you is that you’re stepping into.

Through guided somatic breathwork and energy alchemy, you’ll be gently led into a deep state of presence where the body can complete what the mind has been holding onto. This is not about forcing release, it’s about creating enough safety for the body to release what it is ready to, to be able to walk forward on your path

In this sacred container, you may experience:

Breathwork Informed Consent

Breathwork involves engaging in various breathing exercises or techniques to intentionally alter one's breathing pattern. These techniques are often utilised to enhance mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Breathwork can lead to altered states of consciousness and may bring up intense emotions and physical sensations. It also induces several physiological changes, such as raising blood pressure and heart rate, altering blood flow to the brain, and inducing positive stress.

Therefore, it is not recommended for individuals with:

• Cardiovascular disease

• Previous heart attacks

• High blood pressure

• Strokes

• Recent injury or surgery

• Panic attacks

• Psychosis

• Seizures

• Epilepsy

• Aneurysms

• Pregnancy

If you have any doubts about your ability to participate, please consult your GP as well as your practitioner before attending a session.

Participant Expectations

Participants are encouraged to remain open to various experiences during the breathwork session.

These experiences may include, but are not limited to:

• Deeply restful or ecstatic states

• Memories of past experiences

• Release of energy from the body

• Tetany (muscle contractions) of the hands, feet, legs, or face

• Strong tingling sensations

• Intense emotions

• Spiritual experiences

Breathwork may induce a heightened emotional state that can extend beyond the session, and the practitioners will recommend post-session integration tasks.

For safety reasons, the practitioner may discontinue services based on contraindications, including those listed above.

Health & Medical Conditions: I confirm that I do not have any medical or physical conditions that would prevent me from participating safely in breathwork. If I have any concerns about my health, I have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider prior to the session.

Participation at Own Risk: If I have any ongoing or chronic conditions (physical or mental), I understand that I am choosing to participate at my own discretion.

Nature of the Practice: I understand that breathwork can bring about physical sensations and emotional responses that vary from person to person. Some experiences may be intense, while others may be more subtle.

No Guaranteed Outcomes: I acknowledge that each breathwork session is a unique experience, and while the intention is to support healing and growth, no specific outcomes or benefits can be guaranteed by the practitioners or any promotional material.
