Welcome to our TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK JOURNEY: LOVE FROM WITHIN with Izabela Katafoni, @FirstName .

This journey will take you deep into your subconscious mind. It will help you achieve more self- love, and more peace and release those limiting beliefs that no longer have a place in your mind.

I look forward to sharing space with you and the women on Wednesday 31st May. You are welcome from 5:45 pm for a timely start at 6:00 pm and completion by 8:00pm.

What to bring:

Open mind, Yoga mat, a small pillow, a blanket if you get too cold, and comfortable clothes.

Please avoid heavy meals 2h before the sessions.

Inspiration Space is located at U1 885 Beauford Street, Inglewood; however, the entrance faces 9th Avenue beside the post office. The space has no stairs and is easily accessible. Please let us know if you require additional assistance; we are always happy to help.

Street parking around Inspiration Space is free from 6pm, and there is plenty of parking behind retail outlets on Beaufort Street.
