Drawing from their backgrounds in elite sport, mental health advocacy, and personal transformation, Ryan and Imra will guide you through a two-hour experience designed to:

✨ Reconnect to presence, clarity, and inner calm

This journey weaves together Transformational Breathwork, Grounding Meditation, Sound Healing and Restorative Integration — supporting not just physical recovery, but emotional and energetic balance.
