Join former professional athletes and experienced mentors Ryan Girdler (NRL) and Imra (Australian Beach Volleyball) for a deeply restorative Breathwork Journey at MG Activ, Penrith.
Drawing from their backgrounds in elite sport, mental health advocacy, and personal transformation, Ryan and Imra will guide you through a two-hour experience designed to:
✨ Regulate your nervous system
✨ Release stored stress and tension
✨ Reconnect to presence, clarity, and inner calm

This journey weaves together Transformational Breathwork, Grounding Meditation, Sound Healing and Restorative Integration — supporting not just physical recovery, but emotional and energetic balance.
A space to reset the mind, open the heart, and return to yourself.
