Join us for a 2 hour transformational breathwork & crystal bowl sound healing workshop where you will immerse yourself in the power of conscious connected breathwork with likeminded humans as we connect, self-enquire and breathe.

You will be guided by your Facilitator, Sammi in a safe & supportive environment.

The event will be capped at a maximum of 8 people to ensure each person receives individual support and guidance during the journey.

Please note that the style of breath we use is rapid, circular, rythmic breathing in and out through the mouth. This method induces changes to the physiology of the blood, which allows us to journey through different brain wave states and tap into altered states of consciousness. This is completely safe & I am certified and trauma-informed.

This is not pranyama.

We will begin the session with some conscious connection in circle, followed by the breathwork journey & ending with a gentle crystal sound bowl meditation to allow you to integrate everything that may have come up for you during the journey.

You will receive coaching and guidance throughout the entire journey to support you to push through blockages and limitations to reach your next level of personal power and self-belief.⁣

What to bring:

Yoga mats & bolsters are available at the studio.

Please bring a blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal and pen and anything else that will help you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience. Eg. eye mask, crystals, essential oils.

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
