Martin has over 20yrs of experience as a psychotherapist qualified in breathwork, body psychotherapy and family constellations. He offers private therapy as well as regular self development courses and retreats and is offering this powerful retreat to Byron Bay for the first time.

The retreat will offer a safe space to access and shift trauma held in the body. Over the weekend participants can expect to do 2 breath work sessions, 2 active meditations and an educational component looking at different body types and how they heal. On the Saturday night there will be a sauna and cold water breathwork session.
