Immerse yourself in a powerful Breathwork practice aimed at stimulating the nervous system and promoting regulation. Through intentional breathwork, you will be guided into a state of calmness and relaxation, bringing you into a parasympathetic state (rest and repair/digest) and reconnecting you to your true nature. Breathing in a way to engage the body, brain and nervous system to stimulate a release, invite a sense of harmony, peace and unleash the power & divine feminine inner goddess within you.

The breathwork journey will utilise journalling, conscious connected breathing patterns, meditations. music and (optional) reiki from your qualified Breathwork facilitators to create a safe, supportive space and healing breathwork environment.

There are limited tickets to this event as the aim is to keep it intimate and deeply transformative.

About your breathwork facilitators

Kellie is a Secondary School Teacher and a Breathwork Facilitator. She is a proud mum of 3 with a passion for empowering women and motherhood through deep connections, transformative healing and self-awareness.
Niamh is a Primary School Teacher and Holistic Health Coach, specialising in Reiki, Breathwork, meditation, cacao ceremonies and women circles. Niamh's work is heavily influenced by Art, the Celtic wheel and traditions and is inspired by the Irish Goddess. Niamh's purpose is on providing space for women to heal, feel seen and heard through holistic and creative practices.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Due to the nature of this practice, this event is NOT SUITABLE for those with the following conditions:

Pregnancy
Severe PTSD
Severe mental health conditions such as bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, PTSD
Severe or recent panic attacks (within the last 3 months)
Currently taking brain altering medications such as anti-depressant, anti-psychotic or anti-anxiety medications
Recent surgeries, serious, serious physical injuries or fractures
Epilepsy or any history of seizures
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Cardiovascular or cardiac (heart) conditions or diseases (for example: high blood pressure, heart attack or heart disease)
Asthma
Glaucoma or Retinal issues
Recent hospitalisation for mental health or psychiatric conditions (within the last 3 years).
