✨ COURSE OVERVIEW ✨

In total, there are 11 weeks in the course with multiple options for you to experience it. Every Tuesday from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm, we meet at our spacious venue overlooking a beautiful lake in Coolum with rich sunsets to enjoy. You can come try the first week for free and see how you like it!

The intention throughout this course is to give you new experiences so that by the end of this course, you will smile realising how much you have transformed not only as a dancer but also as a person.

This course is open to all levels of dancing experience, whether you have danced your whole life or just started.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT ✨

Each class combines philosophy and experiential learning with others through a challenge-by-choice method. These classes have no mandatory aspects, only opportunities to gain new experiences. Our facilitators will expertly guide you through each class by creating a safe space to express yourself.

🌱 EDEN REFORESTATION PROJECTS 🌱

We are proudly partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects. Each 11 Week course plants 566 Trees. We have planted 9,264 trees so far and provided 141 days of work for local indigenous tribes who plant the trees.

Sarah was born with a dream to dance. It was always there, yet being born with the disability of Spina Bifida, challenged that dream. How does one dream of dancing while living out the reality of being in a wheelchair..? It’s not an easy journey but the beauty is deep and rich. This has been the lived experience that has seen Sarah nurture such a deep love & passion to journey with others as they find their confidence in discovering their own unique flow of dance… & OWNING it! It takes a brave & intentional commitment to step into the journey of finding your own flow but is most definitely one of the greatest transformations of heart & soul.
Dance is Joy! Dance is Freedom. Dance is such a significant creative outlet of emotion, storytelling, processing & movement… on hands, feet, wheels… whatever that looks like for every individual.
Every person, no matter the story or where you come from… there is a dance in You!

🇯🇲 Jahnoi Moore 🇦🇺

Jahnoi is a ZenThai Shiatsu Therapist, flavourful dancer and curious student of life. He loves to learn and challenge himself in many areas of life. He is an avid crochet knitter so people can expect to be hooked. TD has been a space for him to thrive and grow as a dancer and person. He will be bringing all the spiciness to this round of TD.
