Transformational FreeFlow* Dance in the super Full Moon.

In this journey of FreeFlow* Dance, we explore the theme of ‘Transformation’ in the power of the super Full Moon. In our dance movements, we explore old moves/patterns/ways and the effects of these. We then move our bodies in new ways/patterns/movements and explore the possibilities of these. At the end of our 1.5 hour journey, our bodies receive a full sensory experience and embodiment of what our hearts truly desire. Where our bodies go, our minds and souls follow!

FreeFlow* Dance is Jaen Nicoe's trademark conscious dance style.

All dance levels welcome. No dance experience necessary. Dancing barefoot is encouraged. No dance sequences to learn – only basic dance moves may be taught. As this workshop is an open-hearted, feminine-empowerment space to let loose and explore our body's own movements, this workshop is only available to women.

A bit about Jaen Nicoe, your FreeFlow* Dance Facilitator:

Jaen is a Coach in LifeWellness*, WonderWomen* Strength Training and FreeFlow* Dance who employs Movement, Meditation and Mindset to help people unleash their power and potential. In terms of dance, it all started after performing the 'robot dance' at the tender age of 3 at a local festival and bringing the house down. After many dance performances later, was asked to tour Australia as a backup dancer for the StarSearch (TV) winner and earned a dance scholarship to the Miss Saigon (musical) school. Nowadays, she is passionate about exploring how movements impacts our mindset and, as a result, marries mindfulness practises with strength training and dance.
