Hosted by Alli Lee. Alli is a Chiropractor, Hypnotherapist, Yoga Teacher & Director of Chiropractix Wellness Centre in Brisbane, one of the top-rated Chiropractic clinics in Brisbane. Alli is passionate about personal transformation and is combining over 14 years of learning to offer a life-changing experience for you.

Her training includes: Chiropractic, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Yoga & Meditation teaching, Breathwork facilitation, Reiki, Psychosomatic Release, Access Consciousness, Plant based Nutrition, Vibrational Medicine and more.

Accommodation: A beautiful wood ski chalet style home on Bribie Island will be a safe home to you for the 2 nights (3 days) during this retreat. Walk to the beach or relax in the pool as you transform through this journey of personal growth and development.

Rooms may be shared by 2 or 3 people with separate beds. There are special rooms allocated for couples. We encourage Bribie locals to stay both nights to immerse yourself in the full experience.

Food: We are grateful that Kat from Vanilla Foods & Nilla's Pantry in Noosa will be our chef for this retreat. Kat specializes in healthy plant-based food. She will be preparing a wide variety of tasty food served in a buffet style; so be prepared to endulge in delicious healthy food!

All accommodation, meals, snacks and refreshments are included.

Itinerary:

Day 1: 4pm arrival - opening ceremony, connection circle, intention setting, Pranayama breathing practices, meditation, dinner, free time at the nearby beach, the pool or rest at the accommodation.

Day 2: yoga, breakfast, vision board making, transformational breathwork, sound healing, lunch, cacao ceremony, health workshop, dinner, free time at the nearby beach, the pool or rest at the accommodation.

Day 3: breakfast, fear releasing & manifestation practices, ice baths, lunch, connection circle and closing ceremony. 1pm finish.

What To Bring: a yoga mat (one is provided), some extra blankets/pillows for breathwork, a bolster (if you have one), a swimsuit, a pool towel, your personal items, a journal (optional), pictures and old magazines for cutting up for your vision boards, some cash for purchasing a few items at the retreat, comfortable clothing (natural fibers are recommended).

*Liberated Life Project is a Not-for Profit Organization initiated by Alli. All proceeds go towards building the Liberated Life Retreat Centre for Transformation in Valdora, Sunshine Coast. Anticipated completion date will be 2025, dependent on resources.
