Join us for a transformative experience as we immerse ourselves in the healing power of sound and breath. Step into a world of tranquility and serenity as we host a captivating Sound Bath and Yin Yoga Class inside a breathtakingly beautiful space.

As you enter the space, you will be enveloped by an atmosphere specially curated to induce deep relaxation and inner harmony. Soft, ambient lighting, natural elements, and soothing aromas will transport you to a realm of peace and tranquility, allowing you to fully disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your inner self. The session will commence with an intention setting introduction, guided meditation, then a relaxing yin yoga flow to release tension. We will finish with the sound bath to promote mental clarity, and cultivate a profound sense of presence.
The resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and other ethereal instruments will fill the space, creating a symphony of healing vibrations that wash over you, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit. Each sound wave will gently penetrate your being, helping to release energetic blockages, promote deep relaxation, and restore balance to it your entire being.
After the soundbath, we will close with a tea and card ceremony, Sipping tea while engaging in a chakra and affirmation card reading.
