Event description

The Department of Transport & South West Development Commission will be presenting an update on the Transforming Bunbury's Waterfront Project. 

This will cover:

  • Overview of the project
  • Current and planned works
  • Future Concept plans

Plus an opportunity for feedback & questions.

They will also cover details on the expressions of interest currently open for the Sheds at the Waterfront currently utlised by Iluka Resources.
Expressions of interest are now sought from developers keen to redevelop the sheds. It is envisaged the sheds, ranging in size from approximately 1,440 square metres to 3,168 square metres, could be repurposed for a range of uses including retail, hospitality, marine industry or community use.
