Grounding Ritual: Feel settled and safe to just be yourself as we start by moving stagnant chi and releasing any build up of stress and tension through tai chi and core energetics to be present and connect with community in the space, followed by introductions, boundaries and intentions for our time together.

Somatic Release: Release trauma and suppressed emotions from the body through body work as we tune into what you're holding onto and where it needs to be shifted energetically and physically.

Ancestral Trauma Clearing: Experience an energetic and emotional clean up of inherited karma as you start to process traumatic blockages and start to break patterns passed down from your ancestors to align yourself to your true essence.

Family Constellations: Identify what is needed to shift your family dynamics and ancestral lineage on an emotional and energetic level to support you in your emotional healing and gain insights into the dysfunctions of family members and healing needed for them through this powerful spiritual process.

Hologram Scan: I scan your energetic body template known as the hologram in the quantum field like an x-ray to identify any obstructions within you that needs to be cleared depending on what is shown to me, whether that’s through entity removal, past life timeline, inner child healing, light language etc.

About The Facilitator
