Transforming Uncertainty - Sat 15 Aug - In-person

Although the change and uncertainty we see in our world can be unsettling it can also be transformative. Buddha taught methods for using all situations to cultivate a strong, peaceful mind. Through practising these methods, we will develop a balanced, comfortable mind that remains calm and free from fear no matter what the ever changing circumstances of our life might bring.  

This half day course with Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam consists of two sessions of teaching and guided meditation with a half hour break between.
