    In honour of the great Allan Browne's musical philosophy and collaborative spirit, Transients, born from the brilliance of Andrea Keller in 2016, are ever-evolving trios.

    For this concert, Join Andrea Keller on piano, Julien Wilson on saxophone, and Sam Anning on double bass in an enchanting night of original compositions.

    The metamorphic project showcases an extensive pool of creatives, from exciting new voices to the highest calibre of musicians. Julien Wilson and Sam Anning, are undoubtably of the highest calibre.

    Guided by one of Australia’s greatest musical minds, don’t miss your chance to see Transients live, in a world-class configuration of exception Australian improvisors.

    This project has produced award-winning albums like Transients Volume 1 & 2, (winning the Music Victoria Award for Best Jazz Album in 2019), adorned venues from Bennetts Lane to the Melbourne Recital Centre, and enriched festivals, including Wangaratta Jazz Festival.

    This concert is made possible by SIMA’s Regional Touring Program, with support from the Australia Council for the Arts and Create NSW.

    The Jazz Music Institute & SIMA acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work, the Jagera and Turrbal people.
