Midvale Hub Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers living in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean and Bayswater.
All parents and caregivers are welcome, we value diversity and inclusion from all cultural backgrounds, family types, and abilities.
A staff member will text 2 weeks before the program starts to confirm your attendance.
Because these programs usually have a waitlist,
If we don’t receive a reply, we’ll refund your ticket so another family on the waitlist can attend.

This workshop aims for parents and carers to develop an understanding of what to prepare for as your young person is transitioning to a High School, and how this change can be supported.
This workshop will explore:
High school readiness and changes your young person may experience.
Supporting routines and different systems when starting high school.
Ways to keep your relationship strong.
What can I do to support myself with this transition.
