Explore your inner world this Winter Solstice with breathwork.

This special Winter Solstice Breathwork, Cacao and Fire Ceremony will support you to access a deeper understanding of Self and your experience of life, through the use of conscious-connected breathing (breathwork), nature-connection, fire and the sacred, heart-opening medicine of Cacao.

This breathwork ceremony is to acknowledge and honour the Winter Solstice (Yule), the longest night of the year and the end/beginning of the seasonal passage. Participants are invited to let go and release that which no longer serves, to embrace the deep nourishing dark of mid-winter from which new growth will emerge. We will use the element of fire to celebrate the return of the sun and the ignition of the light/fire within us that emerges from the fertile soils of our inner hibernation.

Your breath is a powerful transformational tool available to help you explore your body, your heart, your soul and your way of being in the world.

Consciously using your breath to connect to the deeper aspects of yourself is one of the most effective ways of creating space for a transmutation to occur from deep within, bringing your mind, body and heart into greater alignment with your truest nature. A way to move beyond that which is unhelpful and in the road of being truly and powerfully available to life.

Body Being (Amber) and Transition Breath (Joshua) join together for this transformational Breathwork experience on:

Friday 21 June 2024
6pm-9pm
Uriarra Crossing (East), Ngunnawal Country

Ticket includes:

organic ceremonial Cacao;
facilitated breathwork and fire ceremony, with ABA-certified breathwork facilitators and holistic psychotherapists;
a light supper; and
post-ceremonial support.

Please be aware this is a mid-winter outdoor event at night - it will be cold and dark. Please ensure you dress appropriately, bring a torch, blankets and comfortable personal ground coverings to sit and lie on for the ceremony (such as sleeping or yoga mats).

We will use Conscious Connected Breathing, body awareness and relaxation to enter a meditative and altered-state of consciousness. In this state, participants may access memories, thoughts, feelings, movements and sensations from their subconscious world, which are then amplified towards release and deep integration.

Group Breathwork is a useful practice for:

working with unhelpful, held or stuck emotional material;
unlocking your life force and sense of vitality;
discharging stress, tension, anxiety, depression or stuck energy;
accessing and digesting unprocessed distressing experiences from the past;
understanding and repatterning limiting behaviours or thought processes;
using group energy to go deeper into your own process;
addressing relational material and experiencing being supported in a group setting;
working with and releasing ancestral, family systems and transpersonal wounds;
exploring consciousness and life questions; and
improving general well-being.

Limited spaces are available.

Breathwork is NOT meditation but rather a dynamic body and breath-based form of healing, transformation and deep inner unfolding.
