This event will be facilitated by Mariusz and Chansz, founders of Conscious Development. This experience is designed to help you connect with your heart and inner self, release trauma, and find a sense of clarity. This is perfect for anyone who is feeling stuck, needing a big shift in their life, anyone dealing with major stresses, anxiety or traumas that are affecting their daily lives and well-being.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork has been used for thousands of years across many cultures as a way to improve physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Trauma relief breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses specific breathing techniques to help individuals realease and process past traumas. This technique can induce spiritual experiences, such as feelings of unity and interconnectedness with others and the universe.
