Join us for a dynamic and empowering day on Trauma-Informed Leadership. This event is designed for leaders who are ready to make a real difference in their teams by creating safe, resilient, and trauma-informed workplaces.

You’ll gain practical tools and strategies to lead with empathy, prevent burnout, and support your team through stress and moral injury. We’ll dive into evidence-based research to help you assess your workplace culture, identify gaps, and set actionable next steps to create a thriving environment.

Led by Megan Corcoran, a seasoned trauma-informed wellbeing consultant with extensive leadership experience, this session will give you the insights and confidence to implement trauma-informed practices with real-world impact. Whether you’re a manager, educator, or mental health professional, this event will empower you to lead with awareness, care, and compassion.
