Join us for this refreshing discussion on caring for yourself, utilizing the foundations of trauma-informed practice. We'll explore grounding practices, preventing burnout, and utilizing the arts, rest, nature, nutrition, and spirituality as resources for your self-care.

We ask participants to join this virtual class with camera and microphone capability, as this will be a very interactive class.

This training provides two (2) contact hours, CEU applicable for most professions. A certificate of attendance will be provided via email after the class.
