This unique program intertwines yoga with positive psychology, emotional resilience, breathing techniques, and growth mindset affirmations to offer a holistic approach to stress reduction and self-renewal.

Vietnamese Class: Tue, Thu | 8 PM - 9 PM

Audience: People experiencing stress, suitable for all genders and family activities.

Program Cost, there are 3 options:

Full price $398 (for 40 sessions)
VIP membership price $79 (for 40 sessions + 1 Master Class + 3 months of Rise & Shine: Women’s Leadership Empowerment Program)
Gold Coin donation per session, for people at risk or experienced DV
