You Are Invited: Trauma Release Breathwork

Join me for an intimate and supportive experience during my upcoming Breathwork Women Circle, held on the Full Moon and New Moon in March 2025.

In this sacred space, we will come together to release old wounds and traumas, inviting transformation under the illuminating glow of the moon. Guided by the power of Breathwork and a Cacao ceremony, we'll create a nurturing environment where you can let go of limiting beliefs and unprocessed emotions that may have kept you feeling stuck or lost.

Together, we will honour the inherent power within each of us and reignite the forgotten tradition of ancient women circle. This session is an opportunity to reset your nervous system, create space for new growth, and reconnect with your true self. Many of us carry suppressed emotions that can leave us feeling unsafe in our bodies; this journey is for those who are ready to take a step toward healing their hearts, where life truly begins, and find a sense of home within.

Time: 6 PM - 9 PM

Fee: $85 for each dates

Spots: Limited to 5 participants per group

Health Disclaimer, Waiver, and Contradictions

Important Information Regarding Breathwork Participation:

Before participating in a breathwork workshop, please be aware of the following health contraindications:

1. Epilepsy

2. Pregnancy

3. Detached Retina

4. Glaucoma

5. Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure (not managed with medication)

6. Cardiovascular diseases, including but not limited to a history of heart attacks

7. Use of Prescription Blood Thinners (e.g., Coumadin)

8. Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years

9. Family History of Aneurysms

10. History of Strokes, TIAs, seizures, or other brain/neurological conditions or diseases

11. Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia by a healthcare professional

12. Osteoporosis that may be exacerbated by intense physical movement

Note: Asthma is not considered a contraindication; however, if you have asthma, we kindly request that you bring your inhaler to the workshop.

By booking this event, you confirm that you do not have any of the above health conditions and are fit to participate. If you are uncertain about your eligibility due to complex health concerns, please consult your general practitioner or healthcare provider for professional advice.

Furthermore, please understand that while I am a registered clinical counsellor, this event does not serve as a counselling assessment or client intake session but rather as a public event based on my qualifications in breathwork.
