TRAUMA SENSITIVE BREATHWORK W/ TIBETAN SOUND HEALING

A comprehensive collection of breathwork techniques, exercises and other practices, therapeutically attuned to release trauma & increase awareness for physical and emotional wellbeing

TS Breathwork uses the breath, full, conscious, connected breathing, to promote positive transformation of the mind and body.

All done in a safe, warm & contained space with gentle, experienced & intelligent practitioners.

The process is spontaneous and organic & can be a physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual experience.

It is a self-generated process, cosmic, sacred and soulful. Powerful tool for inner work, clear old issues, patterns and beliefs.

Breathe in the energy of life force, challenge the fear of the unknown, accept the flow, experience the power of the outcome.

This practice can be personally challenging, please contact us prior to booking in, if you are unsure.

Bring your personal intention(s), something comfortable to wear and anything else you need to be comfortable. Blanket, cushion & mattress are provided.

Doors open 6:30 pm

Session starts 7:00pm sharp.
