• Do I need to be "good at art" or have experience to join?

  Definitely not! This session is a pressure-free, social space designed for all skill levels. I will be on hand to share simple layout ideas and easy-to-follow techniques so you can enjoy the process of memory-keeping without any stress.

• What exactly is included in my $30 ticket?

  Your ticket includes a curated Travel Journaling Kit featuring adorable paper goodies from my brand, Swallow Wind Art. This includes:

  • A travel-ready notebook to keep.

  • Curated sticker sheets and decorative ephemera.

  • Sample strips of washi tape in various designs.

  • Access to shared tools like pens, stamps, and adhesives during the session.

• What should I bring with me?

  Just yourself and any travel memories you would like to document! While I provide all the physical materials, you are welcome to bring along photos, ticket stubs, or small paper souvenirs you’ve collected on your travels to add to your journal pages.

• Do I need to stay for the full two hours?

  Not at all! This is a chill, workshop social session, so feel free to come and go as you please. Whether you want to stay for the full two hours or just pop in for a quick journaling session and a mingle, you are more than welcome.

• Are kids welcome?

  Absolutely! We love seeing families get creative together. If your child is happy to share your journal and materials with you, there is no extra charge for them to tag along. If they would like their own dedicated Travel Journaling Kit to work on, please purchase an additional ticket for them.

  Please let us know in the checkout notes if you are bringing a little one so we can ensure everyone has a comfy spot to sit!

• Are walk-ins allowed?

  Yes, walk-ins are more than welcome on the day! However, please keep in mind that our curated travel kits are limited. To guarantee your spot and your kit, we highly recommend booking your ticket in advance.

• Will there be more items available to purchase?

  Yes! I am setting up a mini pop-up shop at the venue featuring a wide range of Swallow Wind Art products. You’ll be able to browse my collection of greeting cards, bookmarks, memo pads, and keyrings to add even more personality to your journal. Card payments will be accepted.

• Is food or drink included?

  While food and drinks are not included in the ticket price, Caption by Hyatt has a wonderful cafe and bar area. You are more than welcome to purchase a coffee, tea, or a snack to enjoy while you journal and socialise.
