designed to empower you to understand, & consciously work with, the forces that have subconsciously shaped your life
includes a personal Discovery Journal which encourages deep self-reflection to identify blocks to change
a transformative process which assists you to select a range of practices for your personal change journey, and maintain higher levels of consciousness for longer
inclusive of energy practices, and some Goethean science with the majestic trees in Fullarton Park

The last 6 years I have been exploring the new science and spirituality fusion, exploring the latest work (lay person’s version) of various quantum physicists, scientists, cosmologists, mystics, and futurists. Travels Through Consciousness is the result of that exploration and my studies in metaphysics and transpersonal psychology over many years, bringing complex ideas into simple actions.
