Travolo: An Intimate Chef’s Table Dinner

Derived from the Italian word tavolo (table), Travolo is a travelling chef’s table, a one-night-only dining experience set inside the nostalgic charm of The Bank Space, a mid-century home in Port Kembla.
Hosted by Gill Dinh, MasterChef Australia Top 10 (S16) alum, lettering artist, and part-time chef, this 12 seater pop-up invites guests to slow down and savour a 6 course menu that reflects her European and Southeast Asian heritage, Australian upbringing, and recent travels to Japan & Vietnam. Every dish is personal, vibrant, and story-driven.
Enjoy a welcome cocktail crafted in collaboration with Wolf & Woman Distillery, designed to compliment the evening’s flavours and mood. A curated selection of wine and crafted cocktails using the distillery’s spirits will also be available for purchase on the night.
This is more than just a dinner, it’s a front-row seat to Gill's take on flavour and storytelling. With just 12 seats, Travolo is about flavour, craft, and connection, so come take your seat at the chef's table.
