Depending on the item you are donating, you may be asked some more questions. Your answers help us to ensure the items we rehome to disadvantaged families in SA are suitable and safe.

The below checklist for donations helps us get items out to families even faster:

✅ Items are in good condition and recently cleaned
✅ Check for any holes, rust, mould, crumbs or animal fur
✅ Sort clothes by gender or size, and label bags/boxes with what's inside them

If you're unsure if your item will meet our safety standards there will be an option on the booking form to upload a photo or model number of your donation and we can check for you.
