Christopher Bull
Senior Construction Advisor, WorkSafe Victoria

Christopher Bull is a Senior Construction Advisor at WorkSafe Victoria with more than 11 years of experience in regulatory, investigative, and construction safety roles, including Technical Inspector, Investigator, and Senior Construction Inspector. Beginning his career as an OHS Labourer, Chris progressed through operational and leadership positions to become an OHS Manager for a medium-density and high-rise construction firm before joining WorkSafe Victoria.

This combination of industry and regulator experience provides him with a unique perspective on the practical application of workplace health and safety requirements within the construction sector.



Mark Lindsay
Industry Trainer, Civil Contractors Federation Victoria

With more than four decades of industry and training experience, Mark brings extensive practical knowledge and a strong understanding of the skills required across the civil and water industries.

After completing his plumbing apprenticeship, Mark spent 10 years with the Melbourne Metropolitan Board of Works at the Central Deep Sewer in South Melbourne, gaining extensive experience in excavations and confined space entry.

He then spent a further 10 years with Transfield Services, working as a maintenance contractor across Melbourne’s water agencies. Following this, he began his career in training at Chisholm Institute, where he spent 20 years sharing his industry knowledge and developing the skills of the next generation of workers. He has now worked as an industry trainer for 26 years and has spent the past six years with the Civil Contractors Federation Victoria, delivering state-wide training across the civil construction and water sectors.

Geoff Reynolds
HSEQ Advisor, Civil Contractors Federation Victoria

Geoff is CCF Victorias HSEQ Advisor delivering his services through his sole practitioner consultancy practice GRM. GRM specialises in the development and compliance of Integrated Management systems, Workplace Safety, and innovative engineering and business processes.
Geoff has spent more than 50 years in the civil industry across the Water, Environment and Waste Management sectors in consultant, contractor and authority officer roles. On behalf of the Civil Contractors Federation Victoria, he is CCF’s representative for the Engineering and Design Construction Manual (EDCM) and the Local Government Infrastructure Design Manual (LGIDA) under the Victorian Planning authority (VPA). Currently, Geoff also represents the CCF on the Water Industry Liaison Committee (WILC), Foundations for Safety Victoria and the Ausnet Developer Consultative forum.

He manages the Civil Contractor’s Management System Reference Documents (MSRD), available through the Members Portal and provides consulting services for the development of member’s Management Systems Certifiable to the JAS ANZ Accredited, Civil Contractor’s Management Code
