Join me Damian Campbell for this immersive, invigorating, explosive and uplifting experience as we learn to connect to and express our inner fire through rhythm.

In this 2hr immersive drum gathering/workshop I will teach you some contemporary straight forward rhythms on the Djembe (African drum) as well as getting you doing some non conventional syncopation, complimentary rhythms as we section the circle off and also get you doing your own little solo piece as well. Expect your oxytocin levels to go through the roof. It’s time to feel good!

You have never drummed before? No worries. This is a beginner friendly event where we will start with the basics and get you grooving in no time. We are going to be in a circle and all play together. The power of connection with everyone in sync playing the same rhythm has to be experienced to be believed. Expect to be uplifted and invigorated. This is a place where everyone will get a chance to express their inner fire, connection through rhythm and have the time of their lives. Are you in?
