Event description
Tribal Fest in the West is a fabulously fun Global Caravan Tribal Belly Dance event in honour of the late beautiful Betsy Watkins💚🌿A time to gather the tribes from around Australia to converge on Fremantle (Western Australia) to celebrate all things music and dance. Highlights include the Friday evening Soiree and workshops facilitated by CG Teachers from across Australia.
We look forward to connecting with our beautiful Tribal dance community!
The event is open to women and men with an interest in Tribal belly dance, musicality, wellbeing and spirituality.

Day Passes are also available, as are tickets to the Soiree only.
Event Information and Ticket Terms and Conditions:
Parking is available - we recommend ParkAt Woolstores. The Fremantle train station is a walkable distance from the venue.
Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and wear danceable clothing. Yoga mats may be needed for participating in some activities; it is advised to bring an apron for the craft activities. Most art and craft materials will be supplied or loaned. Participants are invited to bring their own gear for dance workshops, such as skirts and mantons, darbukas, zills and frame drums. More details on workshops will be in the Full Program.
The organisers of the event adhere to the Privacy Act and will not share your contact details, etc with any outside parties.
Refunds will not be granted unless under extenuating circumstances – applications for a refund can be made to tribalfestinthewest@gmail.com.
Participation in the event is at the risk of the participant. The venue, event organisers and workshop presenters will not be held liable for injuries or reactions sustained while participating. Participants are to use their own discretion; all activities are optional. If at any time during the event a participant should feel uncomfortable for any reason, they are encouraged to notify the event organisers immediately.
