The Trilogy Foundation, established in 2020, is a registered charity dedicated to empowering vulnerable individuals and families on the Central Coast. We provide compassionate care, practical resources, and community-driven solutions to at-risk youth, individuals with disabilities, those facing homelessness, and their caregivers. Our mission is to create safe spaces and sustainable accommodations, nurturing individuals to become valued contributors to society and offering ongoing support to community carers.

Our core programs include:

• Youth Support: Through the Hope for Kids program, we offer mentorship and guidance to youth in out-of-home care, building resilience and helping them forge brighter futures. trilogyfoundation.org.au
